How many students are in each class?

Our standard class size is 24 students, but this tends to be much smaller than this in the senior years. Many senior classes in 2009 had less than 10 students.

What are the school's hours?

School starts at 8.45am and finishes at 3.05pm to allow time for the KMHS link bus to take public bus students to catch their buses. Students should not be at school before 8.30am or after 3.20pm as no supervision is provided outside these times.

What do I do if my child is absent?

You need to notify the school by phone by 9am. For safety reasons, parents of students not at school by 9.30am who haven't notified the school, will receive an SMS to their mobile phone.

Which day is student banking day?

Commonwealth Bank student banking day is every Thursday.

How can I pay my fees?

Fees can be paid by:

• B-Pay
• Direct Debit of regular amounts (see Sharon to arrange)
• Cash/Cheque
• EFTPOS

Can I see the Principal whenever I like?

You need to contact the office staff to make an appointment. If you have a problem that relates to another staff member, then you need to contact them first.
